160 Old Street (previously known as 148 Old Street) is an office building that we acquired in March 2013, totaling 97,800 sq ft. Originally let to Royal Mail Group Limited (who have now vacated), we are currently redeveloping the building with completion scheduled for 2018.
160 Old Street is in an area undergoing significant change, with many tenants and developers moving to, and investing in, what is quickly becoming London’s digital and tech hub.
Planning permission for a comprehensive refurbishment scheme was achieved in March 2015. The proposed scheme totals 160,600 sq ft, including 150,600 sq ft of office accommodation over lower ground to eighth floors, and 10,000 sq ft of retail accommodation at ground level.
