1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by Pontsarn Investments Limited ("Promoter", "we", "us" or "our").

2. How it Works

A limited number of Golden Tickets have been randomly placed in selected hampers distributed by the Promoter.

Recipients who find a Golden Ticket and successfully claim it in accordance with these terms will receive a voucher with a value of up to £250 to be redeemed at a local restaurant, entertainment venue or other local experience selected by the Promoter.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to recipients of the hampers who are aged 18 years or over.

Only one prize may be claimed per Golden Ticket.

4. Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the winner must email [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] by [INSERT DATE] and provide:

• A photograph of the Golden Ticket.

• Their name and contact details.

• Any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter to verify the claim.

The original Golden Ticket must be retained and may be required before the prize is issued.

Failure to claim the prize by the stated deadline may result in the prize being forfeited.

5. The Prize

The prize consists of a voucher with a value of up to £300 for use at a local restaurant, entertainment venue or experience selected by the Promoter.

The prize:

• has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;

• is non transferable;

• is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant voucher provider; and

• must be used before any expiry date specified by the voucher provider.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Golden Ticket and the eligibility of any claimant.

The Promoter may reject any claim where it reasonably believes that a ticket has been copied, altered, damaged, forged or otherwise tampered with.

7. Lost or Damaged Tickets

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Golden Tickets and will not issue replacements.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

9. Changes and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Personal Data

Any personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize.

11. General

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the promotion shall be final.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
