2 Aldermanbury Square

The project also played a key role in GPE's approach to material reuse. More than 1,500 tonnes of steel were recovered from the former City Place House building and reused at GPE's 30 Duke Street development in St James's, where they make up almost 80% of the new building's steel frame.
