  • Responsibilities: Human resource management and development across the Group.
Piers Blewitt

Piers Blewitt

Head of Planning Strategy and Senior Development Manager
  • Joined the Group: July 2003 as Development Manager. Promoted to Senior Development Manager in January 2016 and then to Head of Planning Strategy and Senior Development Manager in April 2020.
  • Experience: Formerly Development Manager at City & West End Developments and Development Securities.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation of development business plans and their successful delivery.
Rebecca Bradley

Rebecca Bradley

Head of Property Services
  • Joined the Group: May 2020 as Head of Property Services.
  • Experience: 20 plus years of experience in the world of Property and FM. Most recently worked as a self-employed consultant advising various clients on FM management and strategy in the flexible workspace, contact centre, media/marketing, social media and consumer goods industries. Previously employed in various FM/Property roles at British Airways, Microsoft, London Stock Exchange, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Tishman Speyer.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of property services across the portfolio.
Stephen Burrows

Stephen Burrows

Director of Financial Reporting & Investor Relations
  • Joined the Group: September 2003 as Financial Accountant. Appointed Director of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations in 2017.
  • Experience: Formerly an Audit Manager in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group. Previously with the National Audit Office.
  • Responsibilities: Financial reporting, forecasting and investor relations across the Group.
  • A member of the British Property Federation Technical Accounting Group and the EPRA IR Committee.
Janine Cole

Director of Sustainability and Community
  • Joined the Group: November 1998 as Health and Safety Administrator. Appointed to Safety, Health and Environmental Manager in 2002, Head of Sustainability in 2011 and Director of Sustainability and Community in 2019.
  • Experience: Former Professional Services Administrator with National Britannia.
  • Responsibilities: Environment and health and safety management across the Group.
  • A member of the British Property Federation Sustainability Committee.

  • Committee memberships: Chairman of the Executive Committee and Sustainability Committee.

  • Skills and experience: Toby has nearly three decades of extensive experience in real estate. He joined the Group in April 2002 as Chief Executive and was previously with the property company MEPC for 11 years where he gained broad experience ranging from portfolio management through to corporate transactions and general management as a member of the Group Executive Committee. He is past President of The British Property Federation. Toby’s significant knowledge of the Company and the sector enables him to provide broad leadership of the business internally and externally, through the successful design and implementation of the Company’s strategy, values and business plans and their exemplary communication to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Current external commitments: Member of the British Property Federation Board and Policy Committee, Director of The New West End Company, Non-Executive Director of Liv-Ex Limited, Member of the Council of Imperial College and Chairman of the White City Syndicate, an advisory group which is part of Imperial College.

  • Joined the Group: 2005 as a Premises Manager. Promoted to Regional Building Manager in December 2013 and then to Head of Occupier Services in November 2019.
  • Experience: Assistant Accommodation Manager at the Food Standards Agency.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of Occupier Services across the portfolio.

  • Joined the Group: Joined in March 2020 as Head of Health and Safety.
  • Experience: Former Team Principle with Quantum Compliance and previously Health and Safety Lead at Windsor Great Park for the Crown Estate.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of health and safety management across the group. A member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

Director of Project Management
  • Joined the Group: August 2007 as Project Manager. Appointed to Head of Project Management in 2017 and Director of Project Management in 2019.
  • Experience: Proven track record in the successful delivery of major GPE development projects, including Rathbone Square, 12/14 New Fetter Lane and 33 Margaret St. Previously with Brixton Estates and Bucknall Austin.
  • Responsibilities: Sets procurement strategy and ensures capital expenditure and delivery on all projects accords with individual asset business plans across the Group.

Director of Corporate Finance
  • Joined the Group: January 2003 as Corporate Finance Manager. Appointed Director of Corporate Finance in 2017.
  • Experience: Former Corporate Finance Assistant Director with Ernst & Young.
  • Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of all tax affairs, transaction structuring, raising debt finance and interest rate risk management across the Group.
  • A member of the British Property Federation Tax Committee.

  • Experience: Former Property Director at Moorfield Group. Previously with London& Capital Group and Colliers International.

  • Joined the Group: September 2007 as Investment Manager. Appointed Director of Investment Management in 2017.
  • Experience: Former Director with Savills and previously with Nelson Bakewell.
  • Responsibilities: Generating and executing strategies for our asset portfolio, including hold/sell decisions.
  • A member of the GHS Limited Partnership Operational Committee. A Director of the Great Wigmore Partnership.

  • Joined the Group: May 2018 as Head of Occupier Services. Appointed Director of Occupier & Property Services in 2019.
  • Experience: Former Managing Director of Property Management EMEA at Tishman Speyer and previously Vice President of Corporate Services at Credit Suisse.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of Occupier Services across the portfolio.

  • Experience: Former Head of Marketing at Workspace Group and 13 years marketing experience in the Telecoms industry, working with companies such as Virgin Media and Apple.
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation and implementation of commercial and corporate marketing strategies across the Group.

  • Joined the Group: March 2011 as Head of Projects. Appointed as Director of Workplace and Innovation in 2017.
  • Experience: Former Senior Director with Tishman Speyer. Previously with More London Development and EC Harris.
  • Responsibilities: Innovative design and use of technology to create spaces that meet changing workplace needs and help enhance occupiers’ experience and productivity.

  • Joined the Group: January 2011 as Leasing Manager. Appointed Senior Leasing Manager in April 2017 and Head of Office Leasing in September 2018.
  • Experience: Former Associate Director at GVA Grimley.
  • Responsibilities: Implementing and executing leasing strategies and campaigns across the Group’s developments and large-scale refurbishments, including managing the Group’s approach to flexible office offerings.

  • Skills and experience: Nick joined the Group in July 2011 as Finance Director and became Finance and Operations Director in May 2019. He was formerly Partner, Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte, following ten years of real estate investment banking experience in Europe and Asia with Nomura, Lehman Brothers and UBS Investment Bank. Nick’s wide range of property related financial experience combined with strategic and corporate finance skills enables him to provide valuable support in developing, implementing and articulating the Company’s strategy, and taking leadership over the delivery of a wide range of financial and operational matters.
  • Current external commitments: Member of the Reporting & Accounting Committee of EPRA.

  • Experience: Former Divisional Director at Kier Property. Previously with BAA Lynton and Development Securities.
  • Responsibilities: Oversees total return of the development portfolio including the successful delivery of all development projects across the Group.
  • A member of the Group’s Executive Committee and member of the GHS Limited Partnership Operational Committee. A Director of the Great Victoria Partnership.
Marc Wilder

Leasing Director
  • Joined the Group: June 2005 as Leasing Manager. Appointed Head of Leasing in 2009. Appointed to the Executive Committee in July 2015 as Leasing Director.
  • Experience: Former Head of Leasing at Benchmark. Previously with Threadneedle Asset Management and Hemingway Properties.
  • Responsibilities: Oversees leasing across the Group’s investment portfolio and development programme.
  • A member of the Group’s Executive Committee.
