Insights Analyst (12-month contract)

An exciting new role has arisen for an Insights Analyst to join the Customer Experience team at GPE on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will report into the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights Lead, the Insight Analyst role is key in ensuring that all departments in the business use customer data and insights to make better informed business decisions. This will include running analysis the data generated by our existing customers, competitors, suppliers and buildings to produce insightful recommendations.
