48 and 50 Broadwick Street are two newly refurbished, Grade II listed, three-bedroom town houses in the heart of Soho. Both buildings were originally built as townhouses in the early 18th century and converted to offices in the early 1980s.
Previously home to flutemakers, silversmiths and engravers, the Georgian town houses now offer elegant, refined interiors with the latest home technologies. Both 48 and 50 Broadwick Street are arranged over lower ground, ground and three upper floors.
